IMPORTANT:  Before completing this form, you must communicate and make arrangements with your impacted crew member.

Postpone the date:

By choosing this option - we can move this in the booking calendar which will reflect in both the CREW and BUSINESS accounts (no fees).
If a new date has not yet been set, we will automatically set this event to a date in the future (eg, 2025) to stop any system automations, but the job will remain active in the Shootzu platform. When a new date has been set, simply email support@shootzu.com and we will get this set in your account.


By selecting a full cancellation on this COVID disruption - A refund of the Crew Payment (minus Shootzu admin / transaction fees) will be promptly processed.
